A new and energized committee from this northeastern prairie community has added additional booths for rental (100 booths in 2009), new rides for children of all ages, enough new food vendors to create a food court of its own, and two full days of professional entertainment. We will add additional activities to gear up for the 30th annual event in 2010 such as "Create a face" with sugar beets to provide interaction with the schools; a Sunday gospel group to interact with the community's many churches. Our goals are: to help the community have fun; to provide a worthwhile outlet for vendors; and to select a worthy charity and help them all year long, including a healthy donation from this event. We are looking for 30-40 additional unique and interesting craft vendors to join us!
